How to Become Staff

A short how-to I figure you guys may be interested in -- assuming you're interested in staffing for us.

Positions:

Admin - accept profiles, break up fights, adminthings. You'know. Everything. It'll take a long time to get this one.

G-mod- exactly like an admin, only refers to orders from the admin. Mostly will be in charge of moving old threads for us. Fill in for admins in the advent we disappear for a short time due to something (power outage, family problems, comp breakage, whatever).

Mod - advertising and general welcome wagon of awesome. Eventually this becomes a g-mod.


The Perks of Staffing? Obviously, you get to join the staff forum... but you also get to play a role in handling player dilemmas, being totally awesome, and you get a multi-colored name. That's pretty cool, right?

SO HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT GETTING TO DO THIS AWESOME MULITCOLORED NAME JOB?

Fill out this form and reply here with it, and Tau and I will pick a date for a review of your general behavior on the site. We'll give you the mod ranking upon request after a month of being here, and if you keep up with the site, are active, and generally nice and welcoming, then you'll get to keep the staff position.

How much staff am I looking for? I expect this site to get big as it fulfills the needs of a small community but a wiling one. Call me vain for this if you wish, so I'm looking for:

Ever Staffed Before? Heck yes... a lot. Almost every RP I ever join I end up being staff at.
How Active Can You Be Even When Not RPing: Have I not been on every day? Even if I can't stay long, I take a peek for anything I might need to do later or can do quick now.
Sexiness, do you have it? FUCK YEAH.
Why Do You Want To Be Staff: Well, I enjoy being able to dictate a world that's free of the oppressive restraints of the rest of the rp community, dude. And..uh.. because I really fucking like yellow.
Good Staff Qualities You Feel You Have: Friendly, schooled in English, I've been Rping for a long time so I know the typical problems that arise. I'm particularly good at settling arguments, and I'm most important totally awesome.
